We want you to be fully satisfied with our app, Nexus, designed to assist fitness coaches in managing, tracking, and acquiring clients. If you have any concerns or issues with your subscription, please review our refund policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • You are eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within [180 days or 6 months] from the date of the purchase.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased a paid subscription plan, including the Basic Plan ($28 per month), or the Pro Plan ($61 per month).

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at huyphananhha@gmail.com within the eligible refund period.

  • Provide your account details and the reason for requesting a refund.

  • Our support team will review your request and process the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria.

3. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for Enterprise Plan subscriptions which are negotiated on a call. To cancel an entreprise plan subscription, you may send an email at huyphananhha@gmail.com However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription mid-month, you will have access to the app until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy changes​​

  • We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time. Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying users via email.
